ROSWELL INCIDENT - Major Jesse Marcel in 1947. Restored and colorized photo by “Fernando Ribeiro Colorization”.

In this photo Major Jesse Marcel is presenting debris from a weather balloon to the press conference that was waiting to see the wreckage of a likely flying saucer that had crashed in Roswell. In the year 1978, Jesse Marcel went public and said that the history of the weather balloon was a military cover-up and that in fact a flying saucer had fallen into the desert and that he had investigated the wreckage and concluded that it did not belong to this world.

He said the wreckage looked like a sheet of metal and could easily be scratched and folded, but instantly returned to its original shape, a type of material that does not exist on Earth and was indestructible.

He also said the military removed the real debris from the flying saucer and replaced it with debris from a weather balloon.
